Brands
Truecaller defines what constitutes a brand. All brands sending messages are added to a database, allowing Truecaller to monitor their behavior and ensure compliance with business chat limits.
You can add the brand name while adding the sender after logging in to the portal.
A brand is typically a company or business with a distinct visual identity for users, such as a different logo or name. For instance, Centro Bank, Centro Credit, and Centro Debit are all considered separate brands.
Business Chat limits that are applied to a brand will be unique per partner.
