# Account Creation

**Partner Accounts -**

Before you can send messages to users, you need to register as a partner with Truecaller. As a partner, you can create senders for brands that you manage and send messages through those senders.

Business Chat partner portal can be accessed via the following types of partner account users -

**Super Partner Account Users**

* These users have the highest level of access within the partner hierarchy.
* Can create and add new partner accounts.
* Can view all senders across every partner account mapped under them.
* Can manage their own senders (add, edit, & delete).
* Ideal for organizations managing multiple partners or sub-accounts.

**Partner Account Users**

* Operate within a single partner account mapped under a super partner account.
* Can view and manage only the senders under their own partner account.
* Cannot add other partner accounts.
* Ideal for teams handling messaging setup and execution for their specific brand or partner scope.

Both account users can generate [access tokens](/truecaller-for-business/business-chat/getting-started/access-tokens.md) via the portal and start sending messaging using the business messaging API.

To get started, you will share the super partner account email ID and name with the Truecaller for Business team via <business-messaging-support@truecaller.com>. Once the Truecaller for Business team verifies and creates your super partner account. You will get a verification email to log in to the [Business Chat partner portal](https://business.truecaller.com/signin).

You can set the password and log in to the portal with the new password. You can add more partner accounts after logging in.

Ensure the region selector (top-right corner) is set to your region of operation. Business Chat is currently unavailable in Europe. Selecting this will result in a login failure or restricted access.
