Email-based Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Email-based two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a verification step to your organization’s Truecaller for Business sign-ins. After a member enters their email and password, we email a 6-digit code to their company email address. They enter that code to finish signing in.

Once an admin turns 2FA on, it applies to every member of your organization and to every Truecaller for Business product you use — Verified Business, Number Intelligence, and Brand Protection. It is available on Enterprise plans and stays off until an admin enables it.
