How can I filter my feature sets?

You can refine your list using multiple dropdown filters available on the page. You can filter by:

  • Department (to see sets within a specific operation).

  • Status (to view only "Draft" or "Live" sets).

  • Caller ID Type (Priority vs. Verified).

  • Features (to find sets with specific tools enabled, like Video Caller ID or Call Me Back).

  • Updated By/On (filter by date range or the specific team member who made changes)
