What changes after the migration?

  • New Dashboard: A redesigned interface providing more useful insights at a glance.

  • Improved Business Structuring: Businesses can now create and manage departments, operations, and processes tailored to their organization.

  • Default Setup: A default department, operation, and process will be created for each business.

  • Feature Sets:

    • Previously called Number Groups, these will now be known as Feature Sets.

    • Existing Number Groups will be automatically mapped as Feature Sets based on configurations such as Caller ID, Video Caller ID, and Call Reason.

    • You can search using a phone number or Feature Set name.
