Will there be any business impact on my current operations during number migration to new console?
All your business numbers will continue to remain listed with Truecaller verified and priority badges during the migration.
Alongside the badges, all feature configurations including Call Reason, Video Caller ID, Call Me Back and User Feedback will continue to function as usual.
Your Verified Business subscription will not be affected during the migration.
Your business operations will not be impacted. i.e. your numbers will continue to remain listed, all feature configurations added will be preserved.
In case you have not completed the migration before 31st March 2025, your account will be automatically migrated to the new console.
The migration will be scheduled during low-activity hours based on your business time zone.
Your business phone numbers will remain listed with Truecaller’s verified and priority badges.
Additionally, all your feature configurations, including Call Reason, Video Caller ID and Call Me Back, will continue to function as usual.
Your Verified Business subscription will not be affected during the migration.

Please note the following points:
User Feedback reports and data will be available in view only mode.
Reports from the old console can be downloaded during the migration.
New User Feedback configurations will have to be done as per the guidelines for the new console.
Call Me Back reports will be available up to the migration date.
After migration, all Call Me Back configurations will remain intact.
Last 7 days report before your migration date will be shared with you over an email from our team.
