Will there be any business impact on my current operations during number migration to new console?

No, all your business numbers will continue to remain listed with Truecaller verified and priority badges. Alongside the badge, all feature configurations like Call Reason, video caller ID, Call Me Back and User Feedback will continue to function as they do.

  • Your Verified Business subscription will not be affected during the migration.

  • Your business operations will not be impacted. i.e. your numbers will continue to remain listed, all feature configurations added will be preserved.

Call Me Back and User Feedback will have to be re-enabled after moving the numbers to the new portal.
