# What happens when the customer taps a CTA?

A tap can open your app or web flow through a deeplink. Tracking always uses a deeplink. Reschedule, cancel delivery, and leave at door can also use one.

Without an optional deeplink, Truecaller opens a Business Chat thread under your sender ID. It sends a templated one-way message, followed by automated replies.

The chat input is disabled. Messages retry up to three times without affecting the completed action.
