# What integration work does an enterprise or 3PL need to do?

Extend your Call Management API payload with `post_call_action`. Include order details, prioritized CTAs, and optional deeplinks.

Your OMS, TMS, and rider apps must consume real-time action events. This lets your delivery systems process the selected intent.

You need Dynamic Calling and Post-Call Actions enabled. You also need a valid two-way Truecaller Business Chat sender ID.
