Roles and Permissions help you define what you and your team can access within the Truecaller for Business console, based on assigned roles.
This ensures that you can assign users access to the functions, features, and data needed for their roles and responsibilities. Depending on the role assigned to a user, access can be determined for sensitive information and product functionalities within the Truecaller Business console.
As a Process Owner, you have the following permissions for inviting new members :
Process-specific: You can invite other users to join your assigned Process. For Example if you are the Process Owner for Proc1, you can invite another Process Owners to control the same.
Hierarchical Control: You can assign new members as Process Owners within your assigned Process.
Limitations: You cannot invite users to processes that you do not own. For example if you are the Process Owner for Proc1, you cannot invite user to other processes such as Proc2 and Proc3 mapped to your account.
Get to know all about the various roles and permissions that you can set for yourself and your team in this section.
By limiting access based on roles, you can minimize the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data and product functionalities.
It will help you to manage user permissions efficiently by assigning roles instead of managing individual user access.
The self serve platform will now offer an intuitive interface for administrators to manage members and access rights mapped to each role easily.
If you want to temporarily block someone's access without deleting their information completely, consider revoking their access instead.

Revoking access removes a member's ability to log in and use your account's resources. However, their profile and information are retained. You can restore their access later if needed via the grant access functionality.
