No, your subscription will remain active even if your account is suspended, till the end of your current subscription period. But you will not be able to access any features on the Truecaller for Business console.

The suspended account’s subscription will be terminated at the end of its current billing cycle. There will be no prorated billing or extension of services that you will get once your account is restored.

On restoration, the billing cycle will resume for the entire billing period as per their subscription, and subscription renewal will happen as scheduled after their current subscription ends.

Once your account has been suspended, all Verified Business privileges for the account will become inactive. Calls made from your listed numbers will no longer show the verified badge.

You will only be able to view past analytics in the Verified Business console, regarding the calls you had made while your account was active. You cannot access any other features on your Truecaller for Business console.
