How can I change my current plan?

To change an existing subscription plan, please reach out to the our team by writing an email to cs@truecaller.com
Please note that you need to give a prior intimation of 30 days before you downgrade a subscription plan. This information needs to be shared with our team by the 15th of the month, as we will not be able to accommodate your request after that.

Does Truecaller for Business provide any discount coupons?

We do not have any discount coupons for any of our plans. Please reach out to your sales representative or write to us at cs@truecaller.com for any pricing related queries.

When can I get the official tax invoice every month for my business?

Businesses get the official tax invoice by the 10th-12th of every month.

Can I get a free POC for the product?

Hundreds of businesses in India and across the world use Verified Business Caller ID to increase the efficiency of their communication. Unfortunately, we do not have a free POC option.

How can I check my billing data?

The billing data can be confirmed via the analytics section on the Truecaller for Business console. You can verify this data in the analytics dashboard by defining a date range that mirrors your subscription term.

When should I upgrade my current plan to a higher plan?

You should look to upgrade when your call volumes are exceeding the current active calling subscription plan volumes.
