No, your subscription will remain active even if your account is suspended, till the end of your current subscription period. But you will not be able to access any features on the Truecaller for Business console.
The suspended account’s subscription will be terminated at the end of its current billing cycle. There will be no prorated billing or extension of services that you will get once your account is restored.
On restoration, the billing cycle will resume for the entire billing period as per their subscription, and subscription renewal will happen as scheduled after their current subscription ends.
