What analytics will be available for the configurable callback option?

The folowing analytics are avalaible. For more details you can contact your account manager / CSM

  • Total Outgoing Call Requests – Number of call initiation requests from users to business numbers

  • Average Call Duration – Average duration of calls generated via the Configurable Call Button

  • Impressions – Total impressions of the Configurable Call Button

  • Clicks – Total clicks on the Configurable Call Button
