To monitor the performance of your Business Chat traffic, navigate to the analytics page.

Summary Metrics

At the top of the page, you’ll find key summary metrics, including:

  • Total attempts

  • Total IMs sent

  • Delivered IMs

  • Delivery rate

These provide a quick snapshot of overall performance.


Sender-Level Insights

A detailed table displays sender-level metrics along with daily traffic and performance trends. The graphs show daily volume and delivery patterns.

Filters and Export Options

You can refine the data using filters such as:

  • Account

  • Business name

  • Sender phone number

  • Number type

  • Date range

Reports can be easily exported in multiple formats for further analysis or reporting.
