CTAs (Call-to-Action) or Buttons are interactive elements included within a message that allow users to perform a specific action with a single tap. They help guide the user toward a defined next step, such as opening a link, making a call, confirming an action, or continuing a guided conversation — without typing a response.

Common Uses:

  • Redirecting users to a website, app, or payment page

  • Calling a support or sales number directly

  • Confirming actions (Yes/No, Accept/Decline, Proceed/Cancel)

  • Tracking orders or viewing account details

  • Starting or continuing guided conversation journeys
