Update Sender

You can update both approved senders and rejected sender requests. Once any update is made, the sender undergoes a fresh review process. During this period, messaging will be temporarily disabled until the updated sender is reviewed and approved again.

To update an approved sender:

  1. Navigate to the approved senders page.

  2. Locate the sender you want to update and click the edit icon under the actions column.

  3. You can update the following fields:

    • Logo

    • Display name

    • Brand name

    • Industry

    • Settings (Note: Other fields are not editable.)

  4. After making the necessary changes, click submit. This action will create a new sender request, and the sender will be subject to the standard review process again.
