Sender Management
You can add and manage your senders via the portal. This section dives deeper into various actions that can be performed, like editing and deleting senders. It also gives insights into the review process and how the sender requests can be monitored.
You can manage both sender requests and approved senders under sender management.
Sender Requests - When you add a new sender, the sender request is submitted.It can take up to 2 business days to review the sender request by the Truecaller for Business team. If the sender request is approved, this will be listed under approved senders, but if the sender request is rejected, you will be notified via email. You can edit the request based on the comments shared by the Truecaller for Business team and can again submit it for review.
Approved Senders - Once the sender request is approved, you can view both active and disabled senders in the approved sender section.
