Sender Health

Sender health is assigned to each sender based on the volume of feedback received and the number of messages sent by a business.

A sender with a few negative reports but a high volume of messages will have a healthy sender health, and vice versa. If a sender received fewer negative feedback but sent a similar number of messages, their sender health will gradually improve, allowing them to be healthy.

A sender can have one of the following sender health statuses based on the spam score :

  1. Healthy: There are no known issues with the sender.

  2. At Risk: We have started seeing instances when the messages have been flagged as spam by Truecaller users. Exercise caution and take corrective steps. Engage with opted-in users only.

  3. Restricted: The performance of the sender is too poor and will face restrictions.
