Sender Upgrade & Downgrade
Senders are upgraded or downgraded based on sender health. Sender health is determined solely by user feedback.
Negative user feedback will result in a downgrade, and a healthy sender will be upgraded. We assess each sender's health and minimum volumes daily to determine whether to upgrade or downgrade their tier. This allows us to quickly elevate well-performing senders and demote those with poor performance.
Sender Upgrade
For new senders, a minimum of 7 days is required to assess traffic quality. After this 7-day rolling window, an upgrade can occur daily.
For existing senders, to qualify for an upgrade, a sender must reach a minimum threshold of traffic.
Sender Downgrade
A high negative user feedback will result in At Risk/Restricted sender health and a downgrade.
If a sender received fewer negative feedback but sent a similar number of messages, their sender health will gradually improve, allowing them to be healthy.
