Brand Name

You should provide the brand name while registering your sender. The brand name should have a relationship with your business's legal name and consistency with external branding. Display name should be an extension of the brand name. Your brand name will not be shown to the truecaller users. This will be used for verification and for internal records.

The brand name will undergo a review, and you must follow specific guidelines for approval. See the guidelines below.

Guidelines

• The brand name should be selected from the given list of brands in the dropdown brand name field.

• If the brand name is not available in the dropdown list, then a valid brand name should be typed in manually and added.

• The brand name should have a clear relationship with your business's legal name and consistency with external branding

• The brand name is not the same as your business's legal name.

• Different departments within the business should have distinct brand names. For instance, Centro Bank, Centro Marketing, and Centro Loans are all considered separate brands.
