Logo

You should provide the sender logo while registering your sender.

The sender logo is shown to the customers when they have conversations with your business and on your truecaller sender profile.

The logo will undergo a review, and you must follow specific guidelines for approval. See the guidelines below.

Guidelines

  • The logo field can only accept .png files with a 200x200 dimension.

  • The logo should represent a clear relationship with your business's legal logo, display name, and consistency with external branding

  • The logo image should be of high resolution and clearly visible.
