# How can I assign roles and permissions to my team members?

1. Navigate to the "Manage Members" section of your account from the overlay menu on the bottom left corner of your Truecaller Business console.
2. Click on "Invite Member."
3. Select a specific role that you want to assign to the new members Ex. "Department Owner," "Operation Owner," or "Process Owner" role.
4. Ensure the correct department is selected from the tree-hierarchy.
5. Complete the required information in for the new member and send out the invite.
