• How long will Truecaller for Business offer support for its migration portal?

  • Migration portal will be active till 30th September 2024. Businesses are expected to setup their new structure and list numbers within their respective configurations in the migration portal.

• What happens if numbers are not migrated before the expected deadline?

  • Once you have begun the migration process, however, you will not be able to list new numbers on the older platform. All features in the older console will move to a “view only” state.

  • To list more numbers or configure any features, you will have to use the new console only.

  • We will keep you posted about any changes or deadlines regarding the migration to ensure the smoothest experience.
