What happens if my migration is only partially complete before the deadline?

To ensure a smooth migration process, we have multiple migration stages. Depending on the stage of migration, the following actions will be taken:

Stage 1: Migration not started, but no feature sets created.

• We will automatically migrate all existing numbers as per the predefined grouping logic.

• This automatic migration will begin from 31st March 2025. We will notify you when your account if being migrated.

Stage 2: Feature sets created and some or all numbers mapped.

• Mapped numbers are numbers that have been mapped to any feature set. These will remain unaffected and will be published.

• Unmapped numbers (which are not mapped to any feature set at all) will be added to new feature sets based on the grouping logic.

• These newly created, unpublished feature sets will require review and approval from businesses before being published.
